What That Means When You Call
Choosing a scooter comes down to four numbers, and getting any of them wrong is expensive to undo:
- Weight capacity — the rider's weight plus anything they carry. Buy close to the limit and you lose range and battery life.
- Turning radius — the number that decides whether a scooter actually works inside your home, through doorways and around furniture.
- Battery range — manufacturers publish a maximum under ideal conditions. Real range is shorter, and hills, terrain, rider weight and cold all reduce it.
- Transport weight — not the total weight, but the weight of the heaviest single piece once it comes apart. This is the one people most often get wrong when they plan to put a scooter in a car.

- 30-day return window. Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging, and a 30% restocking fee applies.

Why We Are Online Only
We don't run a showroom. Scooters ship direct from our suppliers' warehouses, which means we are not paying for retail floor space, and that difference goes into the price rather than the overhead.
The trade-off is that you cannot sit on one before you buy. We take that seriously, which is why we would rather spend fifteen minutes on the phone getting the fit right than sell you the wrong scooter and process a return.
How Delivery Works
Mobility scooters ship by freight, not parcel post. The carrier calls ahead to schedule a delivery window, a signature is required, and delivery is curbside — the driver brings it to the kerb, not into your home or garage.
