How it works
- Tell us what you need. Use the form above — the more you tell us about rider weight capacity, indoor or outdoor use and your deadline, the more accurate the first quote will be. Public-sector buyers should include any contract vehicle or solicitation number.
- We build the quote. A specialist matches the right models to your application and prices the order, including freight to your site. Most quotes go out within one business day.
- You review and approve. Pricing, lead time and freight method are confirmed in writing before you commit — nothing is ordered until you say so.
- We deliver and support it. Free curbside freight to the lower 48. Tell us about your site and we will confirm the delivery options and costs on your quote. We stay on your warranty claims rather than handing you to the manufacturer.
Tax-exempt and government purchasing
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. If your organization holds a valid exemption certificate, select the tax-exempt option in the form and send the certificate with your request — we will review it and reflect it on your quote before invoicing.
We welcome enquiries from Veterans Affairs, municipal, campus and other public-sector buyers. Include your contract vehicle or solicitation number in the details field and a specialist will confirm exactly what we can support for your purchase.
Paying for a larger order
Orders are paid at the time of purchase — we do not currently offer net terms.
If spreading the cost would help, financing is available. Shop Pay Installments lets you split a larger order into scheduled payments, with a decision at checkout. It is subject to eligibility and approval, and is provided by Affirm and its lending partners — see our Financing page for the details.

Weight capacity, turning radius, doorway widths, battery range and transport weight all pull in different directions, and the right answer changes depending on whether a scooter lives indoors, crosses a parking lot, or gets folded into a trunk every day.
