At Get Set Mobility, we want checkout to be simple and secure. This policy explains the payment methods we accept, when your card is charged, and how sales tax is handled.
Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept the following payment options:
- Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
- Debit Cards: All major debit cards with a Visa or Mastercard logo
- PayPal: Fast and secure checkout via your PayPal account
- Digital Wallets: Shop Pay and Apple Pay
- Shop Pay Installments: Split your purchase into scheduled payments at checkout. Provided by Affirm and its lending partners, subject to eligibility and approval

Order Processing
Authorization Hold: When you place an order, an authorization hold may be placed on your payment method to reserve the funds. This is not a charge.
Payment Capture: Payment is captured only at the time of shipment. If we cannot fulfil your order, the authorization is released and no charge is processed.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state law. The exact amount is shown before you complete your purchase.
Secure Checkout
Payments are processed through Shopify's PCI-compliant checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
Currency
All prices on this site are shown and charged in United States Dollars (USD).
Declined Payments
If your payment is declined, the order will not be processed. Check the card details and billing address you entered, or contact your bank — declines are issued by your card issuer, not by us. If you are still stuck, call us and we will help.
Cancellations and Refunds
There is no fee to cancel before payment is captured. After payment is captured but before the order ships, a 5% cancellation fee applies. Once an order has shipped, our Return Policy applies instead. Full detail is on our Cancellation Policy page.
