Free Shipping to the Lower 48 USA

We offer free shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States. Orders are delivered by FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight, or UPS depending on size and weight. Delivery is curbside — the carrier will not bring the item into your home, garage, or interior rooms, so please arrange assistance if you need it.

Order Cut-Off and Processing

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST are processed the same business day
• Processing time: 1–3 business days
• Shipping time: 2–7 business days after processing
• Total delivery time: 3–10 business days

We do not accept backorders. If an item is out of stock we will notify you and offer a refund or the option to wait for restock. Payment is captured only once your order is ready to ship.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email within 1–3 business days of ordering.

LTL Freight

• The carrier calls ahead to schedule delivery
• A signature is required
• Someone must be present to inspect and sign

Damaged Shipments

Photograph any visible damage at delivery, refuse the shipment and note the damage on the Bill of Lading, then email info@getsetmobility.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Where We Ship

We ship only within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, international addresses, APO/FPO addresses, or PO Boxes. Outside those zones, email us for a custom quote.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state law.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If a product is not right, here is exactly how returns work.

General Rules

• Return window: requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
• Restocking fee: 30% applies to all returns, including refused shipments and returns caused by an incorrect address
• Condition: unused, uninstalled, in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation
• Not returnable: used or modified items, items not in resalable condition, items missing original packaging, consumable accessories
• Damaged items: report within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos

Exchanges

Request within 30 days. The original item is returned and inspected, we refund it less the 30% restocking fee, and you place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds

Issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Your bank may take a further 5–10 business days to post the funds.

Cancellations

• Before payment is captured: no fee
• After payment is captured but before shipment: 5% cancellation fee
• After shipment: treated as a return, 30% restocking fee

Starting a Return

2. We issue a Return Authorization (RA) number if eligible
3. Package the item with all original contents and label it with the RA number
4. Ship to the address we provide and send us the tracking number

How Our Price Match Works

Find a lower price for the same item at another online retailer and we will verify it and discount your order to match.

Important: price match requests must be submitted and approved before you place your order. We cannot honor requests after a purchase is complete.
