At Get Set Mobility, we work to offer the best value we can on every scooter we carry. If you find the identical scooter for less somewhere else before you order, tell us and we will look at matching it.
How Our Price Match Policy Works
If you find a lower price for the same item at another online retailer prior to making your purchase, we will verify it and discount your order to match.
Important: Price match requests must be submitted and approved before you place your order. We are unable to honor price match requests after a purchase has been completed.
How to Request a Price Match
- Email us at info@getsetmobility.com before placing your order
- Include the link to the product on our website
- Include the competing link showing the lower price
- We will verify the item, the seller and the total delivered cost
If everything checks out, we will issue a discount for the difference and send you a custom checkout link to complete your order at the matched price.
Terms and Conditions
To keep things fair, our Price Match Policy applies under these conditions:
- The request must be submitted and approved before you place your order — no exceptions
- The competing item must be identical: same model, configuration, color and included accessories
- The competing item must be new, in stock, and available to ship to your address
- Only established online retailers qualify. Third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart and eBay, and individual or auction sellers, do not qualify
- Physical retail store pricing does not qualify
- Promotional pricing does not qualify — including coupons, rebates, BOGO offers, clearance, closeouts, liquidation and holiday sales
- The comparison is on item price plus shipping. Sales tax is excluded and is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address
- We may decline any request where the competing listing cannot be verified, or where matching it would put the order below our cost
- Limit of one price match per order

Our Promise to You
We would rather match a fair price and keep your business than lose it over a small difference. What we will not do is match a listing we cannot verify, or one from a seller who cannot support the product after the sale — because when something goes wrong with a mobility scooter, who you bought it from matters.
